A PGT teacher teaches senior secondary students (Classes 11 & 12) in CBSE schools and higher classes (up to Class 12 or 10 depending on system) in Matric/State Board schools. They ensure effective teaching based on the prescribed syllabus and help students succeed in board examinations.

1. Teaching & Instruction

Teach subject as per CBSE or State Board (Matric) syllabusExplain concepts clearly using suitable teaching methodsUse smart classes, activities, and practical examples

2. Lesson Planning

Prepare lesson plans according to board guidelinesComplete syllabus within the academic scheduleAdjust teaching methods based on board requirements
