A BT teacher (Graduate Teacher) teaches middle and secondary classes (usually Classes 6 to 10). They handle subjects according to their specialization and ensure students understand basic concepts clearly in both CBSE and Matric (State Board) systems.

1. Teaching & Instruction

Teach subjects as per CBSE and State Board syllabusExplain basic concepts in a simple and clear mannerUse interactive teaching methods (activities, examples, smart classes)

2. Lesson Planning

Prepare daily and weekly lesson plansFollow curriculum guidelines of both boardsComplete syllabus on time

3. Student Assessment

Conduct class tests, assignments, and examsPrepare students for board exams (especially Class 10)Evaluate answer papers and give feedback
